If Only We Could Read Minds

If only that guy or girl you have such strong feelings for could read your mind? Just maybe if they knew how you felt they could reveal that they felt the same way. Maybe if people could really send telepathic messages to the people we desired things wouldn't take so long to progress. Maybe we could skip the awkward introductions or we could stop all the game playing. Maybe? Life would probably be much simpler, at least when it comes to your love life. Most of the world can admit at some point in their lives they let that one get away because they were too shy, scared or stubborn to make the first move. The sad truth of the matter is that we cannot read minds or send telepathic waves of lust and longing across the room, so we have to rely on action because we got only one life to live and we better make it the count.

I'm not saying go professing love to every person you think you have feelings for(or do I'm not judging), but don't let them get away if you really want them because even if they can't read minds they most likely can understand your words. And what's the worst they can say, no. Hearing no a few times is good for character.
